About Japanese Yen (JPY)

About Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT)

The Kazakhstan official currency is the Kazakhstani tenge. Known in currency circles as the KZT and written in monetary transactions as "лв", each tenge can be subdivided into 100 tiin. The tiin remains in existence for accounting purposes, but there are no tiin denominated currency units in current circulation. The National Bank of Kazakhstan is the Kazakhstani central bank and sole issuer of currency within the country.
