The official currency for Tanzania is the Tanzanian shilling. The shilling is issued in denominations of Tsh 500, 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000. Moldova is located in Eastern Europe and lies close to the Black Sea. The official currency of Moldova is the Moldovan Leu. The Leu is subdivided into 100 bani and coins distributed include 1, 5, 10 and 25 bani, made from aluminum. 50 bani are produced from aluminum and bronze. Aluminum bani and nickel plated steel coins were distributed but withdrawn from circulation in 1993.
